The LB1897H is three-phase brushless motor driver for VCR capstan motors.
Features
Three-phase full-wave current linear drive method.
Torque ripple compensation circuit incorporated (compensation ratio fixed).
Current limiting circuit incorporated/with a function to change over the control characteristic gain.
Output stage upper/lower over-saturation preventive circuit incorporated (external capacitor not necessary).
FG amplifier with soft limiter incorporated.
Thermal shutdown circuit incorporated.
