PD78P9014 is a product in the
μ
PD789014 Subseries of compact, general-purpose microcontrollers in the 78K/
0S Series.
In addition to an 8-bit CPU, this product has substantial hardware such as on-chip I/O ports, timers, serial interface,
and interrupt controls.
This PROM product incorporates one-time PROM that can be written only once.
Since user can write programs, this microcontroller is best suited for evaluation during development, multi-product
small-volume production, and rapid start up.
These user’s manuals contain detailed descriptions of the functions. Be sure to read them before
designing.

Remarks
QTOP microcontroller is the name of the on-chip one-time PROM microcontroller fully supported by the
NEC write service (sealing from the write, screening, inspection).
