The BCM93120 reference design deliverables include

The highly integrated BCM3120 enables the
development of very low cost set-top box products:
Burst modulator is digitally tunable from 0 – 65 MHz.
OOB Demodulator is frequency agile
from 70 – 130 MHz.
In-band demodulator samples at picture IF.
Integrates analog front-end on BCM3120.
Integrates audio and video DACs on BCM7010.
Performs within 0.5 dB of theory at 1E-5 BER.
The highly integrated BCM7010 enables the
development of very low cost set-top box products:
Dolby Digital audio includes analog and SPDIF
outputs.
4 and 8-bit OSD controller provides 16-level blending.
NTSC/PAL encoder with analog NTSC, S video output
and Macrovision 7.01.
Broadcom-developed device drivers enable rapid time
to deployment.
