General Description
The EL2245CEL2445C are dual and quad versions of the pop-
ular EL2045C They are high speed low power low cost mono-
lithic operational amplifiers built on Elantec’s proprietary com-
plementary bipolar process The EL2245CEL2445C are unity-
gain stable and feature a 275 V
ms slew rate and 100 MHz gain-
bandwidth product while requiring only 52 mA of supply cur-
rent per amplifier
The power supply operating range of the EL2245CEL2445C is
from g18V down to as little as g2V For single-supply opera-
tion the EL2245CEL2445C operate from 36V down to as little
as 25V The excellent power supply operating range of the
EL2245CEL2445C makes them an obvious choice for applica-
tions on a single a5V or a3V supply
The EL2245CEL2445C also feature an extremely wide output
voltage swing of g136V with VS e g15V and RL e 1000X
At g5V output voltage swing is a wide g38V with RL e
500
X and g32V with RL e 150X Furthermore for single-sup-
ply operation at a5V output voltage swing is an excellent 03V
to 38V with RL e 500X
At a gain of a2 the EL2245CEL2445C have a b3 dB band-
width of 100 MHz with a phase margin of 50
They can drive
unlimited load capacitance and because of their conventional
voltage-feedback topology the EL2245CEL2445C allow the
use of reactive or non-linear elements in their feedback network
This versatility combined with low cost and 75 mA of output-
current drive make the EL2245CEL2445C an ideal choice for
price-sensitive applications requiring low power and high speed
