Description/Applications
The HSMP-380x series is specifi-
cally designed for low distortion
attenuator applications while
drawing slightly less current than
the ultra-low distortion HSMP-
381x series.
A SPICE model is not available
for PIN diodes as SPICE does not
provide for a key PIN diode
characteristic, carrier lifetime.
Note: The HSMP-381x series
is recommended for new
designs.
