port USB KVM Switch is a high quality, durable system that allows
control of up to four computers/servers from a single console
(USB or PS/2 keyboard, mouse and monitor), reducing desktop
clutter and saving money on extra keyboards, mouse and
monitors.
Versatile Features --
The KVM-0407 is encased in durable metal
with rubber bumpers to protect its corners from damage. With
the built-in 3-port USB hub, users can attach an additional three
USB enabled devices such as USB harddisk, memory stick, card
reader , USB printer or speaker. Any of these four connected
workstations is able to access and share USB enabled devices.
Switching between computers is as easy as pressing the push
button, entering hot-key commands from your keyboard and
using On-Screen-Display (OSD) utility software.
Easy to Access and Monitor --
The KVM-0407 supports all major
Network Operating Systems (NOS) including Windows
TM
98/
98SE/ ME/ XP/ 2000, Linux/ Sun Micro OS, and MacOS 9 or later
version. The true Plug-and-Play technology allows you to
access any of the features of this product simply by plugging
cables into the workstation. It is then ready to go. The OSD utility
indicates the power status of connected workstations and
active host. For instant error detection, this KVM switch is
equipped with a full range of LEDs to help you monitor and
troubleshoot problems on your workstations.
