Low-voltage operation possible. Minimum 1.5V.
Reference voltage accuracy of ±1%.
6 channels of independent standby circuit incorporated.
OUT1 to 2 driving external PNP.
OUT3 to 6 driving external NPN.
MOS transistor drive possible.
CH1 to 2 dead time internally fixed, Set duty = 100%.
CH3 to 6 dead time internally fixed, Set duty = 85%.
