GENERAL DESCRIPTION
LST4046 is a low power, low cost touch screen controller
which is applicable for 4-wire R-type touch screen. It
equipped with a 12bit analog-to-digital converter and is
highly compatible with most of the existing solutions. It
supports low voltage digital I/O interface from 1.5V to
5.5V which can be different from the 2.7V to 5.5V analog
power supply. The LST4046 also provide internal 2.5V
reference that can be used for two auxiliary inputs in
single-end measurement mode. The internal reference
can be powered down for low power operation.
The power consumption of LST4046 is less than 600uW
at 2.7V operation with highest 125KHz throughput rate.
The standby current can be as low as 1uA in power down
mode. It is available in TSSOP-16 and QFN4*4-16
packages and is specified in -20C to 85 C temperature
range.
