The M625 Series SAW Voltage Controlled
Oscillators (VCOs) are specifically designed for high
speed SONET/SDH OC-48 applications.
The Oscillators are SAW-based and offer excellent
phase noise performance and spectral purity.
A broad, linear tuning range makes the M625 VCO
especially suitable for Phase Lock Loop (PLL)
applications, which are extensively used in timing
circuits for clock and data regeneration in fiber-
linked data systems.
