Surge Protection Diode Series
Overview
Surge protection diodes are used for protection against ESD
(electrostatic discharge) in cell phones, digital cameras, and other
portable equipment as well as AV and similar electronic equipment.
Compared to earlier products, these devices achieve high ESD
protection and a low Ct, and can contribute significantly to
improvements in end product safety.
Features
High resistance to surge voltages: 30KV guaranteed
Low Ct for low loss, low distortion, and good retention of signal
waveforms
The SSmini package used in these products is even smaller than the
earlier Smini package.
