microstep bipolar stepping motor driver IC.
It is capable of 12 and 2W12 phase excitation modes and
forward and reverse rotation modes, lowvibration, lowtorque
ripple, and highefficiency driving.

Forward and reverse rotations are available.
12, 2W12 phase driving is available.
Structured by BiCMOS process.

Externally equipped with PNP output transistor.
