General description
The TDA9923A is a CMOS quadruple 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with serial
output data. The device converts the analog input signals into 12-bit binary digital words,
at a maximum sampling rate of 40 Msample/s.
An internal clock generator allows the output data to be serialized at fourteen times the
sampling rate.
The digital input pins, STDBY, SCLK, SDAT and SST, are TTL and CMOS compatible, the
digital input pins, SELDC1 and SELDC2, are CMOS compatible and all outputs are SLVS
compatible.

s Output signal phase adjustment possible via a 3-wire serial interface.
