DESCRIPTION
The THS4511 is a wideband, fully-differential oper-
ational
amplifier
designed
data-acquisition systems. It has very low noise at 2
nV/
√
Hz, and extremely low harmonic distortion of –72
dBc HD
and –87 dBc HD
at 70 MHz with 2 Vpp,
G = 0 dB, and 200-
load. Slew rate is very high at
4900 Vμs and with settling time of 3.3 ns to 0.1% (2
V step) it is ideal for pulsed applications. It is
designed for minimum gain of 0 dB.
