DESCRIPTION
Integrated Power MOSFETs with 12-A
TPS53315 is a D-CAP mode, 12-A synchronous
Continuous Output Current
switcher with integrated MOSFETs. It is designed for
<10-mA Shut Down Current
ease of use, low external component count, and
Auto-Skip Eco-mode for Light-Load
small package power systems.
