DESCRIPTION
VSMB2000X01 series are infrared, 940 nm emitting diodes
in GaAlAs (DH) technology with high radiant power and high
speed, molded in clear, untinted plastic packages (with lens)
for surface mounting (SMD).

IrDA compatible data transmission
