A logical 1 enables TP6508 to decode A24 pin input for linear address . This configuration bit must
set to 1 for VESA/CPU local bus .
A logical 0 forces TP6508's internal dual frequency synthesizer not in operation. That make TP6508
to select the multiple pin OFF and XTALI as VCLK and MCLK pin . The source of video clock and
memory clock are come from external component by VCLK and MCLK pin .
