IGBT having a reverse-connected
super-fast recovery free-wheel di-
ode and an anode-collector con-
nected super-fast recovery free-
wheel diode. All components and
interconnects are isolated from the
heat sinking baseplate, offering
simplified system assembly and
thermal management
