13.4 Reference circuit
A typical example of individual port power switching and individual overcurrent
detection is given in
Figure 11
. The RC circuit (10 k
and 1
μ
F) around the PMOS
switch provides for soft turn-on. Series resistors between pins OCn/DPGLn and the
supply voltage may be used to tune down the overcurrent trip voltage (see
Figure 10
).
