Functional Description
The L64013 provides complete control of the L64020 DVD decoder from
a VESA Video Interface Port (VIP). Figure 2 provides a block diagram of
the L64013. Short descriptions of the functional blocks are given
following the gure. Refer to the L64013 VIP Bridge Technical Manual for
detailed information.

L64020 Host Interface
The L64020 Host Interface provides a seamless interface
between the L64020 DVD and the L64013. All internal
L64020 registers are individually mapped into the VIP
address space. The L64013 translates the VIP register
access into the corresponding command and address at
the L64020 interface.
