This bit is set to 1 when Stage 3 synchronization is
established. Stage 3 corresponds to the descrambler
stage. This bit is reset only by a hardware reset or by a
microprocessor interrupt-register read access.
The initial value of S3_S is 0.

Stage 2 Synchro Lost Interrupt

This bit is set to 1 when Stage 2 synchronization is lost.
