RX_QMC_GAIN_PH_SYNC_DIS – Disables Syncing of Rx QMC Gain Phase Correction.
This takes effect only when RX_GLOBAL_SYNC_DIS is set.
RX_GLOBAL_SYNC_DIS – When set, disables global syncing of RX signal chain. When cleared, a rising
edge on the selected sync source causes RX blocks to be synced.
