DRAM Refresh Rate Mode
[7:4]
This 4-bit eld determines the refresh rate of the DRAM
device attached to L64007’s DRAM interface port. The
refresh rate is generated in multiples of 64 clock cycles.
After reset, these bits are 0000.
RAS_CNT
RAS Active Period
[3:0]
This 4-bit eld determines the tRAS duration in MCLK’s
256-cycle increments. The formula for calculating this
rate is: 256(RAS_CNT + 1) x 0.037 =
s.

System Status
Register (SSR)
The SSR is a 16-bit read-only register that provides real-time status infor-
mation on the various L64007 internal units. The SSR reports to the host
processor which interrupt source has activated the interrupt line. It also
reports on other operational conditions of the L64007 device.
